CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Xtreme-Core - A 30 minute core based class designed to work all areas of your core. We use resistance bands and weight plates. Suitable for all fitness levels pre and post natal.

ZUMBA FITNESS WITH 2XS - Come and experience Zumba, the Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that will leave you wanting more!  Exercise is essential, but has never been known to be an exhilarating experience… UNTIL NOW!  Zumba is hot, sexy and fun. With the lights dimmed and the music pumping, you will forget you are working out!

STRENGTH- Strength & conditioning classes are the perfect way to gain strength, and tone your body.

Body Pump

The worlds biggest exercise participation program. All the benefits of weight training using adjustable weights in a friendly environment & set to great music. All welcome.

 

ACTIVE- Gives a great cardiovascular workout keeping your mind & body active to raise the tempo and your heart rate but leave you feeling rejuvenated.

 BOXING

Come join Jedi in our boxing studio for a high intensity traditional boxing training class. Jedi is a trained boxer and will be able to help you with both your fitness and your boxing technique.

RPM

No coordination required for this 50 minute class. Great music inspires you through a range of riding terrains enacted through the use of resistance and variable speeds. Entry level options are encouraged along the with intense power training for the elite.

Body Attack

Simple, athletic and electric. A high energy program combining hi & lo impact moves and combinations, organized action and strength phases.

Body Combat

Kick and punch your way to great results in this high-octane, adrenaline pumping workout, incorporates many disciplines from martial arts including kickboxing, boxing and Tai Chi.

Body Step

Bodystep is a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Tone your lower body, increase your cardio fitness and coordination and condition your upper and lower body for functional strength.

Aqua

Combining the many benefits of strength work, cardiovascular benefits & suppleness & flexibility. Take away all the impact & get in the water. Great for all levels of fitness.

 

MIND & BODY-All of these classes are aimed at achieving body and mind harmony, suppleness and flexibility. They are a great way to de-stress from today’s growing pressures and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

YOGA 

Known for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind. Learn how to stretch and tone while slowing down the breath.

PILATES

Train your muscles to improve posture & alignment. By focusing on your core strength you enhance the little muscles in the body so you are better able to support the larger ligaments, tendons & joints.
