the varying tastes of our gym members.​

We have everything from Body Pump to Zumba

Feel free to come down and try out every class to see which one is a good fit for you. Alternatively, if you already know which one you love, stop by for as many weekly classes as you can and get a great workout in the upbeat environment of a group fitness class.
